We are looking for a dedicated insurance professional to provide remote customer service representative (CSR) support for both commercial and personal lines to our agency clients. The position uses AMS
360 and adheres to the professional standards set by Angela Adams Consulting Services, Inc.

Insurance Specialists provide remote CSR services (commercial lines & personal lines) to our agency clients using AMS
360 in the professional standard as set forth by Angela Adams Consulting Services, Inc.

• Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked
• Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients
• Verify that client work has been completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain strict client confidentiality
• Accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work
• Identify additional client needs and offer solution based services

• PC with high‑speed internet, virus protection, and spyware
• Minimum one year of independent insurance experience
• Experience with Vertafore agency management systems (preferred)
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Designated work area, free of distractions
• Microsoft Office experience
• Self‑motivated
• Detail oriented

• Insurance P&C License strongly preferred
