About the Role:

Ted Law Firm is seeking an experienced and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial experience, excellent legal credentials, and a strong desire to help clients obtain justice and fair compensation. You’ll manage your own caseload from intake through resolution, working alongside a high-performing legal team committed to client success and growth.

• Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability
• Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
• Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information

• A good understanding of personal injury law/tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
• Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
• Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued
• 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
• J.D. and active state license to practice law in South Carolina and/or Georgia.
