As Epic expands globally, the Senior Attorney will negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, navigate evolving U.S. and international близлежащих legal frameworks, and manage litigation. • Motivated to learn about a seniors wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
