Job Summary And Qualifications
- Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management.
- Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
- Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures.
What qualifications you will need:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
