Palmetto Low country Behavioral Health is now seeking to fill Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) positions. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is available.

Position Summary
:
The LPN/LVN will provide care for patients with a variety of behavioral health disorders, ages adolescent through geriatric. The LPN/LVN is an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, implementing therapeutic interventions developed by the team and tracking patient progress toward treatment plan goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients on assigned unit.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and treatments.
• Establish therapeutic rapport with patients, provide support, and utilize approved crisis intervention techniques.

Available Schedules

• Day: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
• Night: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications Education

Graduate of an accredited college of nursing.

Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience preferred, but not required. New graduates accepted.

Age‑Specific Competencies

Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric.

Licensure/Certification

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of South Carolina. CPR/CPI certification required – provided upon hire.
