Palmetto Low country Behavioral Health is now seeking to fill Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) positions. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is available.
Position Summary
:
The LPN/LVN will provide care for patients with a variety of behavioral health disorders, ages adolescent through geriatric. The LPN/LVN is an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, implementing therapeutic interventions developed by the team and tracking patient progress toward treatment plan goals.
- Provide direct care to patients on assigned unit.
- Administer and document prescribed medications and treatments.
- Establish therapeutic rapport with patients, provide support, and utilize approved crisis intervention techniques.
- Day: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Night: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Graduate of an accredited college of nursing.
ExperienceMinimum of one (1) year of recent experience preferred, but not required. New graduates accepted.
Age‑Specific CompetenciesChild, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric.
Licensure/CertificationCurrently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of South Carolina. CPR/CPI certification required – provided upon hire.
