Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Florence, South Carolina, 29505!

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Florence, SC | Stepdown/PCU

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC/PCU setting with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work night shifts on a 3x12 schedule, including every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Float within scope to like units or sister facilities as needed, consistent with expectations for staff nurses
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November) if applicable

• Minimum 2 years of ICU and/or Stepdown experience required
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible — locals not accepted

• NIHSS certification preferred
• First-time travelers with prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience will be considered
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred

• No on-call requirement, allowing for a more predictable schedule
• Free parking available on-site
