North Charleston, South Carolina – 4th shift, variable shift. This position is 100% onsite.

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
• Provides objective evidence of results.
• Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
• Identifies and documents discrepancies.
• Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
• Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
• Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates corrective action requests.

• 1+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
• 1+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
• Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6‑8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel

• 1+ years of experience with hand tools (calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, go‑no‑go gages)
• 1+ years of experience with REDARS, IVT (or similar system/tool)
• 1+ years of experience navigating CMES (or similar system)
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance
• Experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures

Successful candidates must satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Base pay range: $55,500 – $65,000. Additional variable compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
