Real Estate Sales Specialist – Charleston, SC
Our team in Charleston is expanding, and we need Sales Specialists to manage our growing number of leads. As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, your responsibilities include assisting clients in buying and selling homes: researching available properties, understanding client needs and budgets, preparing marketing materials and listing agreements, and negotiating the best possible deals.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process is crucial. We seek a professional with a strong understanding of the South Carolina real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of industry regulations, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Compensation: $60,000 – $175,000 yearly.
