• Preparing and serving beverages to employees and guests, including specialty drinks such as espressos and lattes.
• Replenishing coffee thermoses and snacks in the breakroom(s).
• Keeping the coffee bar and breakroom clean: wiping counters, sweeping floors, cleaning microwaves, weekly refrigerator clean‑out, and emptying trash and recycling.
• Assisting with the daily breakdown of the coffee bar.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work space.
• Working closely with the head barista and internal marketing team for special events.
• Occasional after‑hours event help may be required.
• Assisting with setup of facilities for meetings, trainings, and events.

Starting baristas begin at between $17–$19 per hour.
