Overview

Part-Time Cashier position at Northern Tool + Equipment. Your number one priority as a Part-Time Cashier will be to assist our customers during the checkout process and uphold our brand standards with your team members. Our mission is to serve tradespeople and weekend warriors with an easy, hassle-free in-store experience.

• Greet all customers as they enter the store and ensure they have the best possible shopping experience.
• Complete transactions quickly and accurately.
• Offer our Protection Plan on eligible products and offer our credit card on all customer transactions (incentive pay for selling protection plans and credit cards).
• Be a team player by helping put away product, execute price changes, or other tasks that help the team serve customers.

• Spanish language skills preferred

• Prior retail sales, cashier or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Service-focused mindset.
