Job Overview

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Full‑Time Inside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client Constellation Energy. The role involves generating new leads, engaging existing customers, and promoting Constellation Energy’s natural gas and electricity plans.

• Generate new leads and qualify prospects.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and present product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quotes to businesses.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide post‑sale support.
• Resolve client concerns and act as liaison between client and company.

• 1+ year of inside sales experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑starter with a drive to succeed.
• Friendly, outgoing, and competitive.
• Motivated and relentless in achieving results.
• Innovative and eager to propose new ideas.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly.

Base salary of $75 k+ with uncapped commission.
Benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, contests, incentives, and advancement opportunities.
