Job Responsibilities
*** Greet customers.
* Answer questions.
* Provide community tours.
* Take registrations.
* Attend Sales-oriented events and special functions.
* Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to:  + Traffic-building events (i.e.: barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations and promotional events open to the public)  + New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking events  + National sales events  + Informational seminars  + Resident relations events  + Community relations events (Local Chamber or other Organizations, etc.)  + Realtor events  + Testimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailings  + Reference list for Prospects

** Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications

*** Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings
* Basic proficiency in using computer systems
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
* Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment###
