• Experience in at least three of the following:

• Interior and exterior painting
• General carpentry
• Drywall installation and repair
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Flooring installation and repair
• Residential maintenance
• Knowledge of building codes and materials management
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Tools, reliable vehicle, and strong references
• Smartphone and internet access
