• 3+ years of plumbing experience (at least 1 year in home service).
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software (a plus, not required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and pride in workmanship.
