We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Service Assistant in North Charleston, SC!

We are currently seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Assistant for low slope commercial roofing. You will work outdoors on a flat roof with our Service Foreman, climbing ladders, bending, and working with various roofing techniques and tools. Onsite training will be provided, and there are opportunities for advancement as you master the basics.

• Enjoy working outdoors in a team environment with nature
• Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, with frequent bending, climbing ladders, and kneeling
• Comfortable with heights and being on a roof
• Perform roofing work according to specifications and safety guidelines
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening

• Knowledge of roof systems such as BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles) — helpful but not required
• Previous experience in residential or commercial roofing or construction — a plus but not mandatory

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature
• Physical effort includes extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting
• Local travel
