As our Utility Crew Lead, you'll take charge of the field, leading and mentoring your crew to execute utility installations that meet project specifications and exceed expectations. From the moment your boots hit the ground, you'll be managing the schedule, promoting jobsite safety, and setting the pace for a productive workday. You'll be hands‑on‑installing, guiding, and problem‑solving‐ensuring every utilities job is done right, on time, and with a level of quality that reflects our high standards.

This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, with shifts running between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Overtime is available, offering even more opportunity to boost your earnings and make an impact.

Having 3+ years of relevant utilities experience is preferred.
