We are seeking an Electrical Material Handler to support our warehouse, project teams, and office facilities. Must have a working knowledge of electrical construction parts, materials, and equipment.
Responsibilities- Receive and inspect electrical materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Verify quantities and materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Identify, label, and properly store electrical construction parts.
- Stage materials for project crews and jobsite delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or damaged materials.
- Coordinate material deliveries and transfers between the warehouse, jobsites, and vendors.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Follow company procedures for material control, safety, and equipment use.
- Ability to identify electrical components, fittings, conduit, wire, devices, and related materials. (Required)
- Previous warehouse, material control, or electrical construction experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and organize materials.
- Ability to use basic computer programs and inventory systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with project managers, field personnel, vendors, and delivery drivers.
