Swim Instructors provide high‑quality swim instruction to swimmers of all ages and abilities, including adaptive swimmers. Instructors focus on water safety, skill development, confidence‑building, and creating a positive experience for every swimmer.
Responsibilities- Teach swim lessons to children, teens, and adults
- Work with swimmers of varying abilities, including individuals with disabilities
- Follow lesson plans while adapting instruction to individual needs
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Communicate professionally with families and staff
- Uphold all safety and facility policies
- Swimming experience required (competitive, recreational, or instructional)
- Teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred
- Comfortable working with all ages and adaptive swimmers
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Full‑time and part‑time positions available
- Flexible scheduling options
