Presentation Graphic Designer

Hello,

My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Presentation Graphic Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in North Chicago, IL (HYBRID).

Details for the position are as follows:

Contract role of 6 months, possible extensions. Hybrid schedule: 3 days Onsite per Week.

Pay range is based off experience, starting from $28/hr and more (flexible depending on years of experience).

• Discrete number of categories that Laurie works within, Travel, Meeting/Events, Fleets – and will be gaining Real Estate in third quarter of this year. Responsible for procurement activities within these spaces.
• Meetings and Events are the main work for this team – lots of meetings – be sure we are able to analyze and display in a succinct fashion and deliver messaging to the audience.
• Here is some internal savings we can find for your business and being able to provide this to internal leadership audiences. If they also have Data Analysis that would be great.
• PowerPoint would be used, branding guidelines within our organization that we would be used. There are other tools available to make the tools available to them.
• Various iterations of presentations for the various audiences.
• Presentation with strong graphic skills, or strong presentations skills. We have people who do PP all day, every day, they come with some graphic design skills as well. Someone who would create from existing stock and presentations…. Would not need unique designing.
• The first 30 days will be quite training heavy – getting access to various tools, getting up to speed on what is needed, what has been done historically, understanding what they need, gaining maturity and comfortability in the role and owning the role more and more as they go along – what is needed, summaries, full presentation, etc. Understanding of audiences… this is need we have had for a long time, but this is the first where we have had one dedicated to this type of work.

• Need strong proficiency in PowerPoint Design + SharePoint /Website building experience.
• Creative in taking data and putting in professional presentation slides telling a story.
• Most preferred for this role is the ability to visually display ideas using our branding materials.
