Join Process Support Engineer role at Bio Space
. Serve as Process Engineer in Abb Vie Technical Operations at North Chicago site. Resolve issues for commercial API products and new product introductions.

• Compliance with policies, plans, and reviews within engineering specialty.
• Plan and conduct projects, monitor status, and employ contingency plans.
• Estimate resources (materials, budget, time, people) and anticipate future directions.
• Design and investigate products/processes/systems/facilities using standard engineering theories.
• Improve methods/designs/processes; implement innovations and cost reductions.
• Mentor others, share technical expertise, resolve underlying problems, and propose solutions.
• Direct efforts of technicians, develop validation protocols, and prepare technical reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline; 2+ years of significant engineering/operational experience.
• Demonstrated competency within discipline; technical knowledge and application of concepts.
• Ability to work on moderate scope problems; judgment within defined procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills; collaboration with diverse groups.
• Preferred background in health care, medical devices, pharmaceutical, biologics.

Competitive base pay with range $64,000–$122,000. Full-time with paid time off, medical/dental/vision, 401(k). Eligibility for short-term incentive programs.
