Job Title: Process Support Engineer (Chemical Engineer)
Location: North Chicago, IL
Hire Type: Open-ended Contract, Onsite
Target Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hour (W2, with full employee benefits)

Job SummaryJoin the technical operations team of a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company to support manufacturing operations within their Pilot Plant. Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), optimize processes, ensure GMP compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Job Duties- Collaborate with teams on NPI and process optimization projects.
- Supervise and enhance manufacturing processes on the production floor.
- Document processes and draft technical reports to support compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Prior experience working in process improvements within a pharmaceutical (or related) environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to learning and adapting in manufacturing operations.
