Chief Financial Officer; Manufacturing

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and operations of a growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. This executive leader partners closely with senior leadership to drive profitability, optimize financial performance, support business growth initiatives, and ensure strong financial controls across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and corporate operations.

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis processes.
• Provide financial leadership for manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations.
• Monitor key financial metrics, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and operational performance.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, and risk management functions.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across production, procurement, logistics, and corporate operations.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
• Manage banking relationships, capital planning, and financing activities.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams.
• Support ERP, financial systems, and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, MBA, or other advanced financial credential preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level finance positions.
• Proven track record driving operational efficiencies and profit improvement initiatives.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or business transformations.
• Strong experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food manufacturing, beverage, consumer products, or related manufacturing industries.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain finance.
• Proven leadership experience managing large finance and accounting teams.
• Excellent strategic planning, business partnering, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Advanced ERP and financial systems experience.
