Digital Manager

Location: Hybrid (North Chicago, IL)

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Project Manager to join our in‑house Ad Agency team. In this role, you’ll manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital marketing projects — including websites, emails, banner ads, and digital tools — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

• Manage and oversee a variety of digital projects (websites, emails, banner ads, and mobile tools).
• Collaborate with creative, account, and technical teams to drive execution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet branding, promotional, and compliance guidelines

• Coordinate Veeva submissions
  , material review (MLR), and approval workflows.
• Partner with the digital and account teams to define project scope, estimates, and timelines
  .
• Track budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

• 4+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager in an agency or creative environment
  .
• Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and basic understanding of HTML and SEO
  .
• Familiarity with Veeva or pharma/healthcare promotional review processes
  .
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and digital production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

• Experience working with pharmaceutical clients (Abb Vie or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
