Our client is a biopharmaceutical company has an urgent hiring need for a remote Technical Project Manager with a Business Analyst slant for a contract engagement. This team is part of the Commercial Business Technology Services (BTS) "IMAP" (International Market Access and Pricing) group. They are developing a new tool for the Q&A process from their regulatory bodies.

Ideally, candidates would be in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.

The role will be 80% PM / 20% BA
. The goal of this position is to coordinate technical resources with business stakeholders while on a compressed timeline. They are launching in December with some hyper care going into next year. This resource will need to be a liaison between a series of cross functional groups. You will be dedicated 100% to a new AI user interface project.

Contract Duration: through December 31, 2025 (possible extension through June 2026)

The tool is launching in 2 countries. There are 35 total countries to complete so an extension might be needed. 100% remote is fine.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Define project governance models and reporting cadences.
• Track progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports
• Utilize client-approved tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Service Now, PPT, Excel) for tracking and reporting
