The Manager, Senior Data/Business Analyst, Complete Access role focuses on data storytelling, business alignment, and insights delivery within the Complete Access function.

Lead a team of data analysts to enhance analytical capabilities, support data‑driven decision making, and drive operational improvements across Abb Vie.

• Manage a team of data analysts, including hiring, performance coaching, and professional development.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business partners to deliver data‑driven insights and business outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support strategy, operations, and key performance indicators.
• Lead end‑to‑end data analytics projects, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Monitor and track KPI performance, providing insights to drive operational improvements.
• Mentor and review analytics work of data analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life science, pharmacy, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics service center, or technical analytics in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of managerial or project management experience.
• Experience driving key process improvement initiatives based on data‑driven insights and KPI performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodology certification or experience preferred.
• Regulatory, compliance, or information security experience desired.
