As a Senior Engineer, Supply Chain Planning, you will lead the conception, design, engineering, implementation, and optimization of demand and supply planning solutions, including modern platforms such as Blue Yonder Demand, Demand 360, Demand Classification, ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning), and Fulfillment. In this pivotal role, you will drive impactful initiatives such as attribute-based, constrained, and bulk supply planning, advanced demand forecasting, inventory optimization, scenario modeling, and seamless interfacing between enterprise applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, architects, business system consultants, and external partners, shaping technical strategy and enabling technology-driven process improvements for global supply chain planning transformations. Your deep understanding of supply chain planning technology, processes, and strong leadership and communication skills will ensure technical excellence and ongoing optimization in demand and supply chain planning functions.

• Act as a technical expert for Supply Chain Planning applications with expertise related to Blue Yonder Demand Planning, Demand 360, Demand Classification, Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), and Fulfillment platforms as well as adjacent advanced capabilities in advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud architecture.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for supply and demand planning systems directly developing, troubleshooting, and enhancing End to End Demand and Supply Planning solutions.
• Plan, build, and configure and model advanced planning capabilities such as:
  Attribute based planning, Constrained Material and Capacity planning, Scenario planning and inventory optimization strategies, regularly diving into data, system configuration, and technical process improvements.
• Oversee and contribute to end-to-end system integrations, interface mapping, data harmonization, and master data alignment working across ERP, planning, and analytics platforms to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into real, working technical solutions by building, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting new features or integrations.
• Stay actively engaged in new technology trends, evaluate, pilot, and implement enhancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement of enterprise planning capabilities.
• Set and enforce technical standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Abb Vie policies, industry standards, and best practices for supply chain planning applications. Set standards and provide governance for Abb Vies enterprise supply chain planning technology.

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years experience;
  Master's Degree with 6 years experience;
  PhD with 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• In depth knowledge and recognized subject matter expert in relation to Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) specifically Demand, Enterprise Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.
• Solid background in enterprise level software development, scripting, or configuration particularly Blue Yonder batch jobs and scripts, Blue Yonder configurations (UDT, UDC, FE, searches, and option sets)
• Expert in supply chain planning processes (demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory, fulfillment).
• Excellent and demonstrated written and oral communication skills with executive leadership, peers, and staff.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Integration experience with SAP Systems and Analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of latest trends within AI/ML.
