Join to apply for the AWS Data Engineer role at Tata Consultancy Services
Must have strong experience in SDLC delivery, including waterfall, hybrid and Agile methodologies. Experience delivering in an agile environment.
- Experience of implementing and delivering data solutions and pipelines on AWS Cloud Platform – using Redshift
- Strong in Python hands on experience. Not expected to code in depth but lead a team of developers and provide thought leadership, guidance and recommendations.
- Apache Airflow experience is a plus
- A strong understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL processes and Data warehousing layers
- An in-depth understanding of large-scale data sets, including both structured and unstructured data
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data / SQL issues
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Understanding of big data concepts
- Knowledge and experience of delivering CI/CD and Dev Ops capabilities in a data environment
- Lead a team of developers, code reviews, suggest improvements in code, provide thought leadership
- Work on Proposal and POCs, developing prototype and reference models to help in tailoring Offerings & value propositions.
- Lead, Mentor and groom other team members to work on AWS technologies
- Need to have some experience in leading technical team.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a Year
