The Master Data Analyst I will support the vendor master migration and data cleansing efforts as part of Project Genesis. This role ensures the accuracy of Record-to-Report (RTR) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) Master Data by collaborating with IT, Accounting, FP&A, and business partners. The analyst will validate, cleanse, and migrate data from legacy systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) to SAP, utilizing strong analytical and Excel skills to drive data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyze, and cleanse vendor master data for migration to SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to automate reporting and identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT to map legacy data fields to SAP, resolve errors, and ensure data accuracy.
• Review Pre-Load and Post-Load Reports, track corrective actions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support vendor onboarding/maintenance in SAP, Ariba, and DSP, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Document processes, prepare work instructions, and address business queries on vendor data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, or Consulting.
• Expertise in Excel (formulas, data analysis, automation).
• Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• SAP (Vendor Master/PTP processes) experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of Ariba/DSP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
