As part of Abb Vie’s Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team, R&D Global Therapeutics is dedicated to building and deploying scalable,business-driven Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications. We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled AI Senior Business Systems Consultant, to lead the strategy and execution of automation initiatives, with an emphasis on AI safety solutions. In this role, you willmanagethe deployment ofbothAI and traditional products and solutions.

You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify, select, and consult on the appropriate AI technologies to be deployed. Proactively seeks out strategic business opportunities with high-level business unit executives. Provide advice,assistance and leadership in any area associated with the planning, procurement, provision, delivery, management,maintenance,and effective business use of information systems for a business area. Analyze business processes; elicit,analyze,and document business requirements;identify alternative

solutions, assess feasibility,and make recommendations typicallyseekingto exploit andleveragenew or existing technology components. Translate business requirements into functional requirements; perform data and process modeling; manage change; and lead, coordinate/perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements.

• Work with senior business unit clients to understand specific business processes, business drivers, and business strategy across multiple functions;
  Personally, or through indirect team management identify, prioritize and communicate resulting needs and opportunities for business process improvement that can be enabled via technology;
  Use consulting skills and expertise to translate business requirements to BTS and functional requirements to the domain.
• Investigate and understand capabilities of existing systems and technologies already in use across the business area and similar and interconnected business areas in Abb Vie and investigate available technologies applied to this business area in industry; identify information required to support the business strategy and lead the development of appropriate information management strategies and developing them as an integrated part of the business strategy.
• Define needed human and technology capabilities contributing to and helping to build necessary training.
  
  Mentor, Identify, communicate, and actively participate in opportunities to improve process and/or technology. Thesemay include business process outsourcing, application development, or adopting business process management (BPM) practices.
• Accountable for the creation and further refinement of project requirements and for BTO Demand initiation and coordination.
