Job Summary:
The Calibration Technician will ensure accurate calibrations and general maintenance of various instruments and measurement equipment used in the development of pharmaceutical products.
Job Duties:
- Performs service, calibration, and maintenance on various equipment and instruments used in a pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory setting.
- Identify measurement errors and calculate uncertainties.
- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues with instruments.
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of Metrology and/or Calibration experience is needed.
- Knowledge of measurement practices and quality systems (e.g. ISO 17025).
- Experience calibrating and servicing pharmaceutical process and/or analytical instruments is highly preferred.
