Job Description

This role involves manufacturing products in an FDA-regulated environment, including operating basic equipment for reagent filling, packaging, and glassware preparation.

This position is for 2nd shift operations (1:30 pm - 10:30 pm).

Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining the quality system, operating production equipment, filling reagent vials, assembling kits, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities:

  • Learn basic manufacturing operations and work effectively in an FDA environment.
  • Complete assigned work accurately and on time.
  • Document activities properly and promptly.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and ensure training is completed on schedule.
  • Identify and report product defects.
  • Qualifications
    • Associates degree or laboratory experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and basic math skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
    • Strong documentation skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
