• Collect data on 1,000 biologic compounds in the lab, primarily performing liquid handling and processing biologics.
• Gather instrument data for sample preparation and conduct secondary data analysis.
• Attend bi‑weekly meetings to discuss data.
• Support future initiatives, plan experiments, and provide other experimental support.
• Carry out sample preparation, data collection, and data analysis on established high‑throughput screening assays.
• Develop and execute novel high‑throughput assays.
• Maintain an electronic lab notebook in alignment with company documentation policies.
• Stay current with scientific literature and support new scientific initiatives.

• BS or MS in a scientific field with typical 4 (BS) or 0‑2 (MS) years of relevant experience.
• 3‑5 years of laboratory research experience.
• Strong background in biological research and wet‑lab skills.
• Proficiency in liquid handling.
• Hands‑on experience using analytical methods for chemical and structural characterization of biologics (e.g., HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, UV‑vis, DLS, DSF).
• Deep understanding of monoclonal antibodies, antibody constructs/conjugates, bispecifics, fusion proteins and their stabilization.
• Laboratory skills focused on formulation development for monoclonal antibodies (excipients, functional excipients, high‑throughput assays).
• Desired:
  Experience with digital data capture tools and systems.
