Who They Are
One of our clients is a privately held, 36-year-old market leader in the HVAC airside space that has just doubled its employee headcount with no signs of slowing down. Due to expansion, the company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand business in the Midwest.
What You'll Do- Develop and maintain strong relationships
- Create and follow a monthly travel schedule
- Conduct regular customer visits, job site walkthroughs, and in-person account meetings
- Represent the company at regional trade events and industry functions
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Proven track record in managing regional territories
- Able to travel up to 50%
- Commission
- Covered travel expenses
