ETL Engineer

Location: North Chicago, IL

We are seeking an experienced ETL Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Informatica Power Center, and database technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes and working with complex data environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the end client in North Chicago, IL, with an immediate start and a potential transition to a permanent position after the contract period.

• Strong hands-on experience as an ETL Engineer or in a similar data engineering role.
• Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Strong practical experience with Informatica Power Center.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Required experience with Cassandra/Data Stax.
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data integration, data transformation, and data quality.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in North Chicago, IL.

• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with PySpark.
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or DB2 databases.
• Experience optimizing ETL performance and handling large datasets.
