Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on TIBCO Integration Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in TIBCO Business Works 5.x/6.x, BWCE, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native integration architecture. The candidate will lead legacy TIBCO modernization, containerization, and deployment of scalable, highly available enterprise integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BW5, BW6, BWCE, EMS, and JMS.
Lead migration of legacy TIBCO applications to BWCE and Kubernetes/Open Shift.
Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab, or Git Hub Actions.
Design REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
Implement cloud deployments, monitoring, security, scaling, and high availability.
Lead architecture reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
Mandatory
Skills:
TIBCO Business Works 5.x/6.x and BWCE.
Docker and Kubernetes or Open Shift.
TIBCO EMS/JMS, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
Hands-on TIBCO migration and modernization experience.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong integration architecture and technical leadership skills.
Experience
Required:
12+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of TIBCO Business Works development and architecture.
Proven experience migrating legacy TIBCO applications to containerized environments.
