Administrative Assistant
The City of Beulah is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual for a full-time Administrative Assistant position at City Hall. Responsibilities include communication management, administrative support, utility payment processing, Civic Center management, document preparation and filing, and office and customer service responsibilities.
The starting wage is $21.35 per hour, depending on experience. Full benefit package included: vacation, sick leave, health insurance, and retirement.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Education or experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed organizational and customer service skills.
