Site Supervisor

• Oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
• Work closely with project managers to develop construction schedules and plans
• Manage material deliveries
• Perform quality control inspections and address any issues that arise
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may impact the project

• Experience in concrete and carpentry construction
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Available to work flexible hours as needed
