Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Planning or a closely related field.
- 8+ years of responsible experience as an owner’s representative, project facilitator, construction manager or design and construction contracting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
- Experience working in dynamic environments around guest or facility activity.
- At least 5+ years of federal experience on projects of comparable size, specifically involving renovation or new construction initiatives valued at or over $25 million.
- Occupancy renovation experience is preferred.
- Inspect and monitor on‑site processes, procedures, and systems for compliance with construction drawings, security requirements, and code compliance.
- Lead construction management and owner’s representative duties across multiple projects.
- Provide on‑site construction management during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit‑out, commissioning, and occupancy phases.
- Support project planning, procurement, design, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes of assigned construction projects.
- Interface with clients to define project requirements.
- Review schedule and align project work plan and deadlines with requirements.
- Lead and manage the construction quality assurance process.
- Coordinate and monitor the completion of activities in all phases of the project life cycle.
- Monitor and oversee the project design or construction effort, including risk management, security, and safety compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of construction submittals and contract documents.
- Provide project administration and contract administration duties, including records management and daily field reports.
- Provide daily technical support to customers, manage electronic documents, and serve as liaison for stakeholders and customer groups, monitoring security issues and maintaining relationships with the government agency, its clients, and external partners.
