Location: Fort Yates

Veterans Engineering is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to become part of our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support to dentists in delivering high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience. You will assist with various procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and help maintain patient records. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, providing support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, following infection control protocols.
  • Manage patient records, including scheduling appointments and maintaining documentation.
  • Educate patients on proper dental hygiene and post-procedure care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Support the front office with administrative tasks as needed, including billing and insurance verification.
  • Licensed Dental Assistant (Any State)
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and instruments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent patient care.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered.

Travel Requirements

Some travel may be required for training purposes or to support various project locations.
