Satellite System Engineer Security Clearance

Position: Satellite System Engineer with Security Clearance
Location: Grand Forks Air Force Base
Razor is looking for a Satellite Systems Engineer to join a team responsible for leading the crew and performing real-time satellite operations on a new complex ground communications system. In this role you will be responsible for, but limited to, the following:

- provide leadership to the operations crew
- Establishing voice, messaging, and data communications
- Configuration and monitoring of computer displays and networking equipment
- Coordinating and scheduling contacts using custom software tools
- Determination and resolution of anomalous conditions to include; participation in review and problem boards
- Generating reports and other documentation for downtimes
- Provide operational inputs to engineering process as well as process improvements
- Support ground system development, working groups and test and checkout

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience with Satellite Operations
- Experience in operation of command and control (C2) ground systems related to satellite and ground station operations
- Network analysis, diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to support 24/7, 365 operations with On-Call availability to respond on-site within two hours
- Experience leading a team
- Strong oral and written skills Desired

Skills:

- Experience with testing, development, or system integration work
- Current DOD Top Secret

- Experience with solving complex and or parallel problems
- Ability to work with-in a dynamic operational environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to pivot within a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with MS Office products Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated facility Grand Forks, North Dakota
Schedule for this Position:
Rotating 40 hour week as assigned by leader
