Co-op:
An 8-month full-time employment experience. Co-ops are immersed in the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.

Internship: A semester-long, part-time employment experience, with the opportunity to extend multiple semesters. Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat’s different functions.

• Develop new and modify existing parts using Creo
• Modify and update Engineering drawings
• Prepare Engineering Change Notices and Bill of Materials
• Assist in prototype builds in the Bobcat lab
• Assist with maintenance of Engineering machines
• Participate in Design Reviews
• Interface with all other Bobcat departments to develop solutions to problems

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
• Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
