In this role, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals on their journey to recovery. What You'll Do
As a Residential Technician, you’ll be a key part of our residents’ recovery experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
  • Administering medications in accordance with established protocols
  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Providing transportation to appointments and community outings
  • Offering encouragement, emotional support, and positive reinforcement

Flexible Scheduling Options

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options:

  • Full Time, 40 hours per week: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Every Other Weekend: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • PRN (as needed): Minimum of two shifts per month

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and eager to make a difference. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training onsite)
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications
  • One year of work experience in a human services or treatment-related setting (preferred)
  • Willingness to complete Narcan administration training
  • Ability to pass a background check and comply with our drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
