Nor Tek Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join West River Health Services (WRHS) in Hettinger, North Dakota. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, including schools, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
This position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists who are interested in practicing broad-scope therapy within a supportive, rural healthcare environment that values collaboration, patient-centered care, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions, movement dysfunctions, and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait and balance training, and other PT interventions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care strategies
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated care
Provide therapy services across multiple settings, including hospital, outpatient clinic, schools, and long-term care facilities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Uphold safety protocols, ethical standards, and quality of care expectations
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active Physical Therapy license in the state of North Dakota (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
Experience
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in inpatient, outpatient, rural health, or rehabilitation settings is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
