PAS Rep - RHC

The Patient Access Representative (PAS) will perform outpatient and inpatient registration functions. You will provide general information to hospital users, patients, and families, ensure that patients meet financial requirements or assist in payment plan, provide excellent patient focused customer service, communicate effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent required

A minimum of 1 years' experience in healthcare or customer service setting is preferred with a work record that demonstrates:

Previous experience required in one or more of these settings:

• Customer Service Setting
• Hospital or Clinic setting

CAC certification preferred or obtained within 3 months of employment.
