Night Auditor

Hotel Equities is seeking a Night Auditor at Mainstay Suites, Watford City, ND.

Base Pay Range: $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr

Provide courteous and accurate service to arriving, departing, and in‑house guests, handle reservations, process payments, and resolve guest concerns.

• Greet and welcome guests, register reservations, verify guest details, promote loyalty program.
• Accept payments at registration and checkout, maintain cash bank, deposit receipts daily.
• Issue keys, control safety deposit boxes, record miscellaneous charges.
• Promptly respond and resolve guest complaints.
• Answer phone calls courteously.
• Take accurate reservations, perform check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
• Assist with luggage, transport services, and local area information.
• Handle messages, wake‑up calls, mail, laundry/dry cleaning needs, VIPs.
• Follow SOPs, maintain open communication with departments, and support emergencies.
• Ensure proper key handling, security procedures, and cash accountability.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel operations (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in primary workplace language.
• Basic computational, computer, and mobile skills.
• Knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 lbs, and perform tasks for up to 4 hours.
• Strong problem‑solving, motivation, and training abilities.
