Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
Provide hardware and software support to end users, including training and problem-solving assistance.Maintain the day-to-day functionality and integrity of workstation hardware and the associated peripherals.Support Enterprise software packages to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery.Communicates with management, users, and team members to resolve issues.Maintain network devices as needed, including, but not limited to, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.Support phone system; including configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining PBX, switches, and telephones.Analyze and monitor hardware, software, and procedures to maintain performance and identify improvement opportunities.Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure performance and stability of hardware and applications.Record all requests and incidents in help desk ticketing software.Assist planning and implementing expansion of systems as demand grows.Work respectfully and effectively as part of the Enterprise team to ensure guest satisfaction, asset protection, and co-worker respect.Participate in IT on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.Other duties as assigned.PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a "Key" Tribal Gaming License. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible with work hours, including occasional after-hours emergencies. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and superior customer service skills required.
Education: High school graduate or GED required. Suitable IT related degree (associate degree or higher) and/or one or more industry standard certification such as CompTIA A+ or Net+ preferred.
Experience: Six months of IT desktop support experience including Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite required. An associate degree in a related field may be considered in place of work experience.
Physical: Visual acuity; hand and finger dexterity; repetitive motions; sitting for long periods working on a keyboard; reaching; bending and lifting 40 pounds.
