Applications Support Analyst

• Build, maintain, and monitor reimbursement contracts within the Epic environment
• Perform routine healthcare information system and application support
• Resolve incidents and service requests while assisting in training documentation
• Research, analyze, and recommend application workflow improvements
• Communicate effectively with integrated teams and outside vendors

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred
• Area of focus in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire, if applicable
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Epic billing and government reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with multimedia tools and web-based applications
• Basic knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) philosophies
• Familiarity with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations
