Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst

Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
Experience collaborating across multiple intelligence agencies or organizations. Experience producing and presenting long-form intelligence products.
Strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and structured analysis.
DesiredSkills:
Experience as a Target System Analyst or Targeting Analyst
.
Experience analyzing military capabilities within the European Theater
.
Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Planning Process
.
Master's degree.
