About the RoleThe Plant Supervisor manages the day‑to‑day batching, production, and delivery of ready‑mix concrete to customers. This position plays a critical role in workforce coordination, equipment oversight, and ensuring efficient plant operations aligned with company safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily ready‑mix batching and production operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, environmental regulations, and operational standards.
- Lead workforce planning, training, scheduling, and performance management activities.
- Support production teams in achieving timely, efficient, and high‑quality output.
- Oversee maintenance activities and ensure proper functioning of all plant equipment.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, including abnormal events or equipment failures.
- Analyze production data to improve operational efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operations, including logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure reliable deliveries.
- Foster a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
