The Coteau Properties Company offers an internship for welding students to gain hands-on experience at a surface lignite coal mine. The program targets interns who are currently pursuing an associate or technical welding degree and have completed part of their curriculum, with the expectation to finish the program after the co-op.
As an Intern (Trainee), you will perform welding repairs and fabrication on mining equipment, read blueprints, and assist mechanics while adhering to MSHA safety
